Came bac frm netball! Today's training was a little bit tough. Cuz im nt use to playing WA! Arrrrgggghhhh! Started e training by having a 7mins of fast jog, den 3mins of sprinting. Den did long passes. To mi, it was unsucessful! Den did a drill tt make coach super unhappy! She screammmmed at us once ag. Den ask we all to do our passes ag. Bt tis tym using "medicine ball" (I tink its spelt rongly). Do u noe hw heavy it is? 2kg sia! Doing passes wif a 2kg ball! After tt, did passes wif a netball. Everybody was lik: Wah! So light! Lols [: After we hav practiced our passes, we went to do e drill ag. We did 5 gud sets den went ferr a drink break. Den, coach ask we all to do center pass. After tt, we were separated. Shooters do deir own jobs && blah blah blah. Den mi & meiling were practising our center pass cuz we r nt use to playing attacker's side. As we r DEFENDERS! Haiz.....hope huiwen & zhihui faster recover! Or else both of us will hav to play deir positions!!! *Sigh* We practise ferr a long long tym den finally can go hme. After training, coach told us alot of tings....After e talkings, went to sat at a canteen table && wait ferr dem to eat finish while we tok. Tok until abt 12+, went to Cheers wif huiwen & shina cuz shina wan to eat. Andddd den home! [: 2moro still hav training sia! Having muscle cramps lerhs! Bt den nvm derhs. Since Carnival is cuming, just bear wif it! ((:
